This was created for many different reasons!
One because it is fun, takes me back to the Saturday mornings I spent watching Super Man, Super Woman with Barbie on my lap and a bowl of Cheerios.
It was sparked when I over heard someone working very hard telling themselves they too could be a superhero,
which since then I've told myself, and a few others the same thing.
Being on the same line as "when the going gets tough" right!

While working on it though, I thought of so many people that this should be given to here in Tacoma.
There are so many unnamed hero's in our town that have done so many things, worked so very hard for other's and ask for nothing in return.

Even though I'm sure every town has those people, I'm hoping those who are in Tacoma know that you are thought of, and we appreciate
every time you have been
a T Town Hero!

The origins of embroidery are unknown, but early examples survive from ancient Egypt, Iron Age Northern Europe and Zhou Dynasty China. Examples of surviving Chinese chain stitch embroidery worked in silk thread have been dated to the Warring States period (5th-3rd century BC).[1]
